At Cannabis Weed Shop our top priorities are customer safety and satisfaction. We take customer comments and complaints extremely seriously and will always do everything in our power to make any negative experience right.

It should be noted that Cannabis Weed Shop does not offer refunds. Due to the nature of our industry and payment systems, we are unable to offer the return of any funds once they have been accepted by Cannabis Weed Shop. If we determine that we made a mistake or the product we sent you is defective, we will be happy to offer you a store credit or replacement product.

In order to obtain support for defective products, please contact our customer service team within seven(7) days of receiving your package. We are unable to offer any credit for complaints after seven(7) days.

At Cannabis Weed Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products and will never ship a product we believe to be inferior. If you for some reason receive a product that is defective, please let us know within 7 days, so we can investigate right away. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a credit or replacement product will be given when appropriate. Replacement products will only be sent in the case of defective items. Cannabis Weed Shop  reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case by case basis.

Credits that are given will expire after ninety(90) days. Credits will be given in the form of a coupon code. Each coupon code can only be used one(1) time, if the credit is not used in full, the remaining credit becomes void and Cannabis Weed Shop we will be unable to reissue a new coupon code for the remaining balance.

A: To find a product you wish to buy you can either search by description or by product code using the search facility located in the top right hand corner of the page. Alternatively if you see an area of interest use the categories displayed down the right hand side of the site. This will guide you to a product listing and when you click on a product this will take you to the product page. From the product page you can add the product to your basket.

ALL CANNABISWEEDSHOP PACKAGES ARE PACKED IN WHITE PLAIN BAGS AND ARE DESIGNED TO BE 100% DISCREET. NO ONE WILL KNOW WHAT IS IN YOUR PACKAGE UNTIL YOU OPEN IT.

Q: Is there a limit to how many products I can buy?

A: If you are buying large quantities of one particular product or we are down to the last few units we will alert you on the basket page of the amount you are able to buy by displaying the message You have requested quantities for a product that exceeds our stock level. Please reduce the amount or remove the items and try again.
